Bear Necessities: A Pen & Ink Sketching Class

A 30-day, pen & ink daily sketching class.

I have found that bears of all types: Grizzlies, black bears, pandas, polar bears, you name it it - are excellent subjects for improving your observational drawing.

Bears are made of big shapes with sublte curves and details. Then of course, they have fur... all of which provides excellent practice of drawing fndamentals.

By sketching strictly with pen & ink, we will grow to be less precious with our sketches (perfectionism), more expressive with confident line and hatch work, and level-up our ability to discern with our eyes.
